Return Policy 

GNA Salon Services is not responsible for typos on this website. We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery date. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds on any items that had been used or does not have its original packaging. To qualify for a refund, All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. We will refund your money to the credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase your item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of GNA Salon Services and will be disposed of.
